General Rules Baggage Allowance

Depending on the ticket classes and flight types (domestic and international) for each airline, baggage policies will be specified as follows:

1. Checked Baggage

Strict ruling: 

For Each checked-in piece, the total baggage dimension must be less than 158 cm (62 in).

Any bag whose linear dimensions (length + width + height) are between 158 and 204 cm (62 and 80 in) is considered oversized.

Baggage whose linear dimensions exceed 204 cm (80 in) will not be accepted as checked-in or carry-on luggage

Infants (on 10% tickets)		One bag maximum dimensions 45 inch (115cm), which may be carried as cabin baggage, and One fully collapsible baby pushchair or stroller or carrying basket. The weight of the allowed items may not exceed 10kg in total.
Person with Disability		Person with disability may carry free of charge and in addition to the general free allowance: a wheelchair (manual or electric) / mobility device, crutches or other orthopaedic device.

Passengers are allowed to bring the following luggage for free in addition to checked baggage:

- Baby equipment 

- Personal medical equipment

*** Note:

- No limitations on pieces of baggage for check-in for a weight concept. 

- If your actual baggage weight is over prepaid baggage paid, you’ll need to pay for excess baggage according to the standard excess baggage rate at the airport

- Prepaid baggage is subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions.

- Prepaid baggage is available for purchase at the time of booking up to 24 hours prior to the departure time.

- Prepaid baggage fee is non-re-routable/non-transferable and non-refundable in any case even your actual baggage’s weight is less than the prepaid baggage paid.

- Prepaid baggage fee is non-refundable after confirmation email is sent out to your registered email address. However, in cases of flight delayed/cancellation or irregular operation and the passenger decides not to continue his flight, prepaid baggage fee will be refunded fully to the card used.

- Your prepaid baggage will be moved to new flight if your original flight is delayed/canceled.

- For passengers who wish to change to another flight due to the delay/cancellation, previously issued prepaid baggage may be carried over to the new flight. Change should be done at least 48 hours prior to your departure time.

- If your actual baggage weight is over prepaid baggage paid, you’ll need to pay for excess baggage according to the standard excess baggage rate at the airport

2. Hand Baggage

Hand baggage for each passenger depends on the ticket class as follows:

Conditions: - Rates are applied if for point to point flights

                   - Rates can change at any time without prior notice following policy of each airline.

4. Animals

Animals are not accepted for carriage in passenger cabin. Carriage of animals will be accepted as checked baggage only and will be stowed in lower deck compartment with strict conditions applied. 5. Valuable Items

Valuable and special items such as cash, jewelry, computer, laptop...should not be packed into your checked baggage to avoid missing or crashed.

6. Special Baggage

- Passenger with special baggage such as sport equipment should follow the conditions as below:

Bulky and Oversized Baggage	-  Oversized bag is one of more than 62 linear inches (height + width + length). - The overall measurement of each checked-in piece (length + width + height) must be less than 62 in (158 cm) and weigh less than 32 kg (70 lb.)  - Hành lý có kích thước tuyến tính vượt quá 204 cm (80 in) sẽ không được chấp nhận là hành lý ký gửi hoặc hành lý xách tay.
Cabin Seat Baggage (CBBG)	Cabin Seat Baggage refers to any baggage that is not usually suitable for loading in the aircraft hold. Such baggage may include: - Musical instruments. - Works of art. - Electronic equipment. - Diplomatic baggage. - Valuable baggage.
Sporting Equipment	All sporting equipment must be properly packaged in protective bags or wrap: - Golf equipment - Surfboards/wind surfing - Sailboards and masts - Canoes - Bikes / Bicycles (Touring or Racing – non motorised) - Fishing equipment - Archery equipment - Bowling equipment - Hunting equipment - Parachutes - Sporting Firearms and Ammunition - Scuba Diving equipment - Snow/Water Skiing equipment
